GitLab Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement interview questions

Quick reply after the application. Scheduled call quickly afterwards. Informal conversation about background, philosophy and such. I could feel it wasn't a good fit for either of us, but the recruiter didn't have the professionalism to even follow up with me. I didn't get the auto generated rejection letter until at least a month after I interviewed. Incredibly inconsiderate and incongruent with their stated values.
