The first interview was conducted in their offices by the country manager. The interviewer was friendly and realistic. The second interview was conducted via phone by HR. Offer was made four months after first interview.
I got phone interview first, phone interview took 40 minutes. HR informed me to wait for their further notice. The next day I got a call confirming my second interview. second round is 1:1. Interviewer was nice. Very straight forward questions.
