Lots of rounds - they want to make sure to find the right fit! First it was virtual and then in person at their headquarters. I had a great impression of the team, which is why I happily accepted the position!

Question 1
They were extremely personable to interview with. Great team and very nice people. They asked questions off of my resume.
I had a negative experience with Givaudan's recruitment process. After submitting my application, I attended multiple interviews over a period of three to four months. Throughout this time, there were no meaningful updates or personal communication. In the end, after a long wait I received only a standard rejection email, despite multiple follow-up attempts. It was disappointing to see such little regard for candidates' time and effort. Their process made me feel that candidates are not genuinely valued. HR & the team really ghosted and test our patience and we will become helpless.
