I had a recruiter reach out to me to apply and spoke to the hiring manager. I was reading the glassdoor and was a little worried about the lack of work/life balance cited in the reviews. I asked a question around work/life balance and learned that I got nixed from the application process because of that question. I think we both knew that this wasn't a good fit.
