Very impersonal. Felt like the interviewer was just checking boxes off without listening to the response. and engaging. Jumped right in to questions without explanation of the role or history of the company. Immediately got the impression I would be just another number. Discussed managing 300+ partners but no context of what that meant on a day to day basis. Could tell the interviewer was getting frustrated when I'd ask clarifying questions. I decided during the interview that I did not want to continue the process since if that's how they are in the interview they'll be even worse once you're hired.
