1. HR Call. 2. Tech Interview 3. Meet with VP 4. SDI Interview First red flag for me was what they offer in their listing was nowhere close to what was being offered in discussions. They also require 2x a year to be in DC. The qualifications were also very bait and switch and not really coherent. Python but we work in RoR. RoR but you should interview test in straight Ruby. Took the interviews regardless to see if there was any fit possible. Met with the VP, like others have stated conversation ended there. Conversation for myself seemed to be confusing and illogical. A lot of the questions could have easily been answered by a review of the resume. Overall, I wasn't sure what they were looking for or even what the job was by the end.
