Giveffect Client Success Manager interview questions

My initial phone interview was with the CEO of the company and was scheduled to last for 30 minutes. Not only did she call 15 minutes late, but she failed to apologize for being late (everyone's time is valuable). She then proceeded to talk about herself and the company's successes for 7 minutes. She asked me two questions, which I answered in 5 minutes, and then hung up. I didn't hear anything back for weeks, so I proceeded to email and call (left messages with call back information), and still heard NOTHING. This company has poor direction, seems to have a self-centered CEO, and I'm actually quite happy I didn't move forward with them.
