I applied through other source. I interviewed at Giveffect (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. As an early hire, I got the luxury to speak with the CEO. She was passionately pitching her vision, and it was a great one. Nonprofits are the 4th largest employers in USA, generating well over $363B in annual funds raised, 1.5M of them that do not have great technologies supporting their operations.
During the in-person interview, we dived into my skillsets, did an inside sales call simulation, and spoke more about their values and goals.

Interview
I had a phone screening with the CEO and it was probably the most unprofessional interviewing experience I had. She called 13 minutes late and then she rudely hung up on me. (I know this because she did not try to return my call and didn't answer mine.)
