I had a brief phone interview with a manager then a second phone interview with the CEO. I then went in the office for a phone call test. Later that week I did another phone call test but did not have to go to the office for that. I was never asked about past experience or questions that would let them get to know me better. If you get an email from a Sharon Anderson its really the CEO Anisa. Always follow up with an email even if it is to "Sharon Anderson". I was told that is how I got the job because I was good at following up after each step.
