The interview process was not that bad at all. A few over the phone test calls, if you've worked in call centers or use the phone a lot, you'd be fine! ONLY issue I had was, the pay on the website (which they ask you to refer to), does NOT match what they actually offer you once you receive your offer letter. This was the ONLY Disappointing aspect of my entire interview process.
