I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Glassbox (New York, NY) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online for a London position and I was conracted by the internal recruiter from the US, who did the first screening. I didn't think I impressed them, but they called me back for a second interview with the hiring manager. I said I wouldn't take that interview because I had already received an offer (I had been made redundant and was interviewing a lot), but the hiring manager insisted on speaking with me anyway because they liked my profile. I felt flattered.
The second interview was very relaxed and friendly, standard questions including personal ones.
Eventually I wasn't invited for a third, but I was absolutely impressed overall. HR are great at keeping in touch by phone, not by email. They are very personal. It's a very rare thing with companies.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Glassbox (Honolulu, HI) in Oct 2023
Interview
My interview experience with Glassbox was very pleasant. From the recruiter, to VP, and the team lead. All of them are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed all my conversations with them. Unfortunately my process was interrupted because the team lost the headcount.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassbox in Aug 2022
Interview
The whole process was straightforward. I first got a call from a recruiter, then scheduled to meet with the hiring manager, followed by a peer interview and product demo, a mock business review presentation, and lastly, an interview with an executive. The recruiter was very good at moving things along quickly and proactively letting me know what the next steps were as well as the timeline. She's professional and very personable.
In fact, everyone I met was really nice and seemed happy to be working there. I was truly sad when I declined their generous offer, but in the end, I had to choose what was more aligned with my career aspirations. But who knows, if/when my circumstances change in the future, I would not hesitate on going through the process again hoping I'll be afforded the same opportunity.
