Very easy and open. Willing to divulge information for both parties to make a decision. Thorough, independent analysis of the situation and the circumstances of this matter is needed. Done.
Process was pretty straightforward, no surprises with the usual resume review and performance based questions. Interviewer was pleasant enough, didn't get the job though. No complaints from my side, I probably should have prepared better.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. It's great to hear expectations were clear and you enjoyed the interview process. We wish you luck in your job search. - Cortney Holloway, Talent Acquisition Manager
The process was nice but I wasn't fully prepared for some of the questions. They wanted in-depth questions about yourself and also about your previous employers and how you see yourself in this role. I told them about myself and then that was the end.
