Question 1
Why I wanted to be in the position I was applying for and what I hoped to get out of it.
I applied online and was contacted quickly for a phone interview. The interviewer was friendly enough, and after asking about my background admitted that they weren't really sure what they were looking for. Said they were interviewing senior folks as well as recent grads for the role. There was never any sort of follow up communication after my interview, so I was left in limbo. Overall, pretty unprofessional.
