Interview
I had a phone interview and then had three separately scheduled interviews at their Philadelphia office. The first interview took an hour and I met with two people. The following week, the second interview took over six hours and I met with seven people. The third and final interview lasted about a half hour and I met with one person.
I don't fully understand why I was invited back, albeit three times, and ultimately never extend an offer. At times, employees admitted to me that the firm was dysfuctional with the whole interview process, and unfortunately, I experienced that first hand.
