Interview process was long with about 7 rounds; HR/recruiting, investment team members, CIO, president. 2 pitch stock pitch. So it's very time consuming (particularly the pitch). Understandable given close knit team with rare openings. Communication could have been better at time as they use outsourced recruiting & scheduling. Also expectations for pitch. Process was drawn out, people were pretty nice during it, less so afterwards. Feedback suggested questions on poor performance & product marketability were not appreciated. However, they also have very strong performing products.
