Phone interview with a hiring manager. Job qualifications in the job posting said 3+ years in a fiduciary/wealth management environment (in which I possess), while meeting/exceeding the other role qualifications, the hiring manager said they typically consider candidates with 7+ years experience, so the posting was misleading. I agreed to continue interviewing for a role a step below that. They said they would reach out in a week but failed to follow through.
