I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlideFast (Telephone, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
Libby called a few minutes after the designated start time and verified we had time to talk. The first round interview lasted about 35 minutes. I answered about 6 questions. The interviewer was very polite, a good listener, and friendly.
* I received an offer to advance to the next round (technical interview) and there is still another before an offer for a role will be extended.
I rated this interview difficult because I was very well prepared and thought through all my answers to potential Project Manager questions before I took the call. Had I not done that and been prepared, it would have been very difficult to be as thorough as I was.

Are you familiar with GlideFast and the work we do?
Do you have experience as an Account Manager, that is - as the main point person, not just for a project, but for a specific customer or company liaison?
Very smooth! Started with a screening and then two more interviews after that. Last part of the process was a meeting with HR. HR presented the offer and explained the onboarding process.
