I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GlideFast (Boston, MA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Initial Interview with the Recruiter: A screening call with the recruiter who was kind and down to earth. It was conversational and low-stress. We covered my background, experience, and how they align with the role. The recruiter also gave an overview of the position and the company culture, which helped me learn more about GlideFast. Overall, it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview.
Technical Interview with Architects: This stage involved two architects from GlideFast, and the focus was on my technical experience and project experience as well as my best practices etc. It was an in-depth conversation about my technical skills. I was able to ask specific questions about the day-to-day responsibilities, the team dynamic, and how the company approaches technology.
Final Interview with Leadership: The last interview was with leadership, where the discussion focused more on the bigger picture. We talked about my consulting experience, the goals of the company, and how they align with my own career objectives.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your experience with ServiceNow. More questions about project work and specific skillset. Goals and how I handle customers.
I applied online. I interviewed at GlideFast in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was okay. I would definitely say study your vocabulary/glossary terms because they are looking for the exact definition for those glossary/vocabulary terms. I definitely got the sense that they want by the book kind of people NOT true thinkers. Also, I would ask more about the day to day job duties. The initial interview is with the recruiter, I asked about this, but the recruiter said as a technical consultant, will only have 1-2 clients per consultant; however, when I asked the same question at the technical interview, they said they both had 6-7 clients each. I got a sense that they want to over work their technical consultants. Lastly, I have to tell you all is about the technical interview. It is an hour long!!! That is a little too much because you should be able to tell if a person is technical within 10-15 minutes. They are literally drilling you about definitions of each ServiceNow application and JavaScript terms in the technical interview.
