Great process- great communication. My recruiter cared and was very helpful in keeping me updated and prepared for each interview stage. Much better experience than I had with other partners.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical interview on experience with ServiceNow.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GlideFast in Jul 2022
Interview
The first round was an initial phone screen with someone on the recruiting staff.
This was followed by second round, which was a technical interview with a delivery manager and ServiceNow architect in which they basically recited questions off of the certification tests for specific applications.
Even though I explained that in a couple of cases I hadn't worked with those applications in a couple of years and would probably not know the answers to these questions, they insisted on doing so anyway.
I found the whole process off-putting and way too focused on obscure product knowledge. None of the questions asked would have had anything to do with delivering a product for a customer.
