HR conducted whole process smoothly. First round was phone call, then proceeded to next round (if selected). Associates and analysts were nice to meet and actually conducted the interviews way better than upper management. AVP and VP seemed obvious that they didn’t care about the interview. Maybe put some effort into the interview, even if you don’t like the candidate/work experience, never know who you could be missing out on. VP left whole interview up to me, barely said anything. Neutral experience. Have a better personality or at least fake it in order for candidate to have a better experience.
