The process took 3+ months and was incredibly inefficient. Broadly, there were three rounds of interviews: I first spoke with three associates on the team to provide an introduction to the firm and share my background. These were scheduled over ~4 weeks. I then met with a senior team member to have an additional behavioral-type interview. I was given 4 days to review then and prepare a case study. A week later was then invited to the office to meet with other members of the teams (5 interviews with 7 people) and present the case. This was the final round. Between the video behavioral rounds, I spoke with director of recruiting to discuss compensation expectations.
