Began with a 30 minute interview with the recruiter, a lot of behavioral questions, at the end told me she would move me to the next round for the technical interview. Next, had 3 interviews with members of the team, one analyst, one VP, one manager. The VP was awesome, he seemed to have the biggest say in the process because I would be directly reporting to him. Each were 30 minutes, some more behavioral questions, not as much technical as I thought (still talked about my experience with excel and was familiar with the data visualization tools they used). The whole process was great, everyone I talked to was super nice. After the 3 technical interviews (they were back to back) they got back to me a week later. Make sure to research the company well and have a good "Why Global Atlantic" statement. Super excited to work with them!
