Global Payments Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) II interview questions

HR Scheduled the Interview quickly without wasting any time the very next day. Was interviewed by 2 people. One was Principal QA and other was Director. They made me feel very comfortable and then only proceeded with the interview which i really liked.Asked a coding question related to occurrences of a character in a sentence in Java/C# Director asked me many scenario based questions and about the automation projects and leadership or mentorship roles i have taken in my experience Interview went well and offer was rolled out in a week but the offer was very less as compared to market standards . Just 10% and after that 15% max ,HR didnt negotiate it any further hence i rejected it.
