A very orderly and organized process that included two visits. The first interview involved meeting with an assistant director for another department and the direct supervisor. The second involved others from across LIRS.

Questions about my ability to collaborate with other program staff were frequent.
Plus, a few of my past employers who were contacted by LIRS tried to return the calls but could never reach HR staff. The entire process was awful, and I've never heard from them since my initial follow up call after they offered me employment. STAY AWAY!

Interview
It was the typical phone screening and then departmental group interview. Everything was organized through the HR department and flowed smoothly. After the interview I was toured around the premises and introduce to several departmental heads.
