I applied for the job and did not hear anything for almost 3 months. At that point I had an in person interview - I was able to skip the phone interview since I had been working there in another position. After the in person interview, it was another 2 months before I heard anything. At that point I was offered the job. I have heard from others that the job application process can take a similar amount of time - 3-6 months.
