It was a long and poorly structured process. They changed my interview date 4 times. The interview was conducted by a human resources person, the direct boss and another person who I understood to be a liaison. The interview was friendly and simple. It became complex and difficult when the interviewers asked me about specific Global Refuge programs. I asked them to provide me with the program information so I could answer. Otherwise I was going to invent the answers and it would be a bit vague.
