Global Shop Solutions Software Engineer interview questions

I initially got an email to call them and schedule an interview. When I called them, it felt like they were reading off a list of appointments and asked me which one I could come in for—icy reception. I showed up 20 minutes early. The interviewer was on time. I was taken to a room with two other people where they introduced themselves and got started. The interview ended with an office tour and technical assessment. 1. Instructions to tie a shoelace 2. Widget Evaluation: design a screen for users to enter measurements for a product then write the pseudocode of the program to calculate the price of the user input and send the discounted receipt to another file. (needs to handle exceptions) I was told they would contact me in 2 weeks, but they did not respond to my thank you email and neither to my follow-up email. Very unprofessional and seemed like they were doing me a favor with the interview.
