A senior talent recruiter reached out to me about a local contract position. I responded to all questions, provided my résumé, and signed a Right to Represent all on the same day. Right after, the recruiter completely ghosted and would not respond to any messages. During our exchange, the recruiter also asked for my availability for a call but never scheduled one. I have no idea what happened to the paperwork I signed. This is a really poor experience for prospective talents and strongly suggests a lack of consideration and professionalism by the company.
