Unprofessional. The recruiter reached out to me via email and I responded later that day, including my resume as requested. I explained that the my workday availability was unpredictable, and asked for availability of the recruiter to set up time for a discussion. I also included my phone number. I received no response of any kind. I followed up twice ... crickets....
