Less than a week ago a member of HR team called me to schedule an online interview with the hiring manager. However, on the day of the interview, only an hour before the scheduled time I received an email that my interview is canceled without any specific reason and not giving me an option to reschedule. Very unprofessional. The way they treat candidates probably speaks a lot how they treat their employees. Avoid.

In the phone screening they asked very basic question - experience, salary expectations and similar.
The process took 3 stages. The last stage you will be required to do a demo and a competence interview included too. The interview process was straight forward. Having a background in data insight is a plus in any industry.

How to manage an angry or unhappy customer
This was a two stage process, first stage was an initially conversation about past experiences, my relevant experience and discussing my CV. The second stage was deliving a 20 minute presentation on a serious of task based questions about Customer Success.
