Qualified via a Recruiter and second interview with manager and then head off sales. Third interview was a role play. Manager was very capable and honest from the get go and quite personable, knew what they wanted, and the role play revolved around competencies of the job.

Had an initial call with the recruiter, was very positive and receptive to what I was saying, especially like my background and what I could offer - so far sounding positive - within a couple of days a next stage interview was scheduled with the Commercial Director, this was on June 10th 2021, the interview itself was pleasant and easy to communicate felt comfortable, however there was no questions around what interests me in the role or the industry, what I had prepared and researched was not asked either. Interview ended felt confident but understood there was a couple concerns around lack of industry experience. Fast forward to July 1st 2021 still no update, I had a missed call from the recruiter last week, he left a voicemail asking to call him back, within 5 minutes of leaving that message his name was no longer available and every time I've called since I have been met with a "User Busy" notification, I have emailed multiple times with no response, I have even called the main office number and left messages for the recruiter to call back but no response. Not saying to avoid, but please don't ice respectful by investing your time and energy into researching the company / industry when they can be respectful to get back to you regarding feedback when you've reached out to them multiple times with NO RESPONSE!!
