I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalData (London, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
Generic sales interview in two parts, going through CV and questions specific to the sales industry.
Was called in on a "dress-down-friday" which made me feel a little overdressed and awkward.
The First part of the interview felt relaxed and focussed more on myself and my achievements, the second part felt like much more of a grilling and was very condescending in it's nature. The interviewers seemed to enjoy cracking jokes at my expense which i assumed was a way of testing my resilience but on reflection, felt a little demeaning. Sort of a "good cop bad cop" attitude in the room.
This was my first ever job interview which they were both aware of and I guess that didn't help matters.
I didn't get the job offer, but also was not even extended the courtesy of being told they would not be considering me. Disregarded and ignored.
the process also involved a phone role play exercise.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at GlobalData (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Worst interview process ever!!!
I have never experienced a worse interview and application process in my whole life.
3 stage process where I got to the final round.
Director felt the need to delve into deep personal subject matter for his own amusement.
Completely unprofessional experience and would not recommend this company to anyone
A disgrace to the sales industry.
In person interviewer just went on his phone while talking, which was unbelievably rude.
Company is shambolic to say the least.

Interview
I went through 2 stages an online screen and a gave to face interview. The recruiter avoided my calls and refused to tell me that they wouldn't proceed with my application, no feedback given.
Simple enough, a few interview mostly asking the same questions and then a roleplay interview to finish off. They help you through and it is easy enough. Can't complain with this in any way or shape or form.
