      Interview

      I went for the KAM role, though the internal recruiter. This was a very pleasant experience, and the communication was excellent all the way through the process. Due to it being a race-to-face role, instead of a phone interview, i had an initial face to face, which then progressed through to the global Director for a more rigorous questioning. Once through this it was a presentation and panel interview session which was intense but as long as you know what you're talking about its not a bad experience.

      Had one interview with the TA, only lasted 19 minutes and he spent 17 of those minutes talking!! My background wasn't a direct fit but I had all of the transferrable skills required (I mean, why else would they invite me for an interview?)- but the TA just talked down to me the whole time. He didn't ask me any questions, he essentially just told me I wasn't qualified. He was late, rude and every time I tried to talk to myself he looked away!! His body language was appalling. Even if I had been successful, I would not have progressed in the process. It was hands down the worst interview I have ever had.
