A random call from HR with a few introductory questions, and a follow up call to schedule an interview with Head of Client Services.
He gave me advice on the interview, and while useful, it felt more like he was covering his back in regards to the people he was bringing to interview. Sent me some feedback he received from a previous client.
The interview call was scheduled last minute, for the following morning, and 20 minutes before the call, Head of Client Services calls to reschedule. They seemed to be in a rush and were fitting this interview around other stuff (when i said I couldn't do a time, they stressed that was the only time available).
The interview was straightforward, but Head of client services didn't sound the least bit interested and was just going through the questions.
After the interview, never heard back from anyone. There was such a rush to get me to interview, and such an emphasis on not repeating the previous candidates mistakes, but no feedback or any communication was ever given to me. Not a great experience, but at least it was over fast.
