WEIRD, had me interview with 6 others, got the next round, was more normal after that, got the offer and turned it down, overall kinda strange but i enjoyed the talks
phone call and then in person meeting with direct supervisor and with superior. not very stressful process. read up on company first as they appreciate this . Tech company with commission structure.
