I applied online to an ad on indeed.com.I received a call from their recruiter inviting me to attend their career day which was to be held a week later at their offices in Saratoga Springs,Malta.The career day started off with a luncheon followed by presentations by the HR, the Manager and recent recruits working as engineers.After that, we were asked to wait in separate rooms until our interviews.The interview session consisted of 3 different interviewers asking you random questions for about 15 minutes each.It was like a rapid fire round.You had to think on spot and answer.The people were very friendly and the setting was casual.The interviewers weren't intimidating at all.

The interview began with a one hour presentation. After presentation, there were 6 1:1 interview. They asked me many technique questions.

It was at the College Recruitment fair, managed to get an interview with the HR. The guy managed to turn my greatest strengths into my greatest weakness and the scary part was him asking me to present a topic I was most comfortable with, somewhat different from the technical interviews I expected.
