I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic in Jun 2019
Interview
It is slow and there is no follow up. In my case, post 1 call, technical round was scheduled after 2-3 weeks and face to face post 1 week. Overall experience didn't motivate me to look forward to the interview. However, I went for face to face interview and to my surprise, just like prior delay in process, I waited for a long period for the interview to start and decided to not wait further and stepped out. Recruiter was not receiving the call or responding to the mail during this waiting period.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Buenos Aires) in Jul 2024
Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalLogic (Lviv) in Nov 2017
Interview
The recruiter approached me about the role of HR in one of the offices in Ukraine. The first interview with the recruiter went fine. Next step was an interview with the department head. I was very surprised to hear one of the first questions was about my marital status and if I have any children. When I answered that I don't have. The next question was when do I plan to have, as the role they were looking for is kind of "hot place" since previous employees went for maternity leave. That is why they wanted to be sure. According to Ukrainian legislation, these kinds of questions are illegal. I went until the end of the recruitment process in order to see other managers. In the end, I didn't receive the offer, it was easy to see that I'm not motivated to join the company where exists sexism. The feedback from recruiter also was not informative and without clear reasons why I didn't get an offer.
