I applied through a job portal, Received a mail from HR asking about , 1.Why do you think you would be a fit for this Role? 2. Your expected Salary? 3. Your current Location? 4. Would you be ok to Interview with us tomorrow? Then after sending the response,They arranged a VC interview through Googlemeet flatform. Even though that was a VC interview, the hiring person was so unprofessional that she wasn't visible during the whole interview,only the audio mode was on during the whole video interview . Just think,how it can be a video interview ? Think of the situation of that Person who is getting interviewed. And she had asked only about weekness and strengths,and a situation based question along with few questions about their organisation such as "why do you want to work for GL?" Etc. After two days I got a regret message saying,your candidature will not be considered this time . I don't know how one can measure someone's skill just by a video conversation? If they wanted just an audio interview.they could have arranged through a telephonic conversation. Summing up this interview experience: I didn't get impressed by their hiring process.
