Recently, GlobalLogic visited our campus for full-time recruitment. There was an online round followed by 1 GD and 3 interview rounds(2 Tech + 1 HR).
Round 1: Online Round
The first round comprised of 40 MCQuizzes questions and 3 programming questions to be solved in 2 hours. MCQs were based on aptitude, logical, C output questions, OOP questions.

Given 9 balls out of which 1 ball is defected . You have one weighing machine to weight the balls. You can use that weighing machine atmost 2 times to weight the balls. How will you find out which ball is defected ?

The interview process consist of 3 rounds(not considering the online assessment round)
1st Round(Technical): Mostly ask DSA questions and if you have completed the striver 150 problems, you could easily crack the questions asked. They also ask OOPs concepts, DBMS and also asked API fetching using JavaScript which happened in my case.
2nd Round(Managerial Round): Mostly resume based questions and questions about your project. If you know your projects well then this round will be easy for you.
3rd or Last Round(HR Round): Mostly about your projects, hobbies, extracurriculars and also asks puzzle questions.
