First a JAM was conducted with spontaneous topics, selected candidates were moved to group discussion for further soft skills test. Next step was face to face interview with recruiter about skills required for the job posting and closing and final step was HR round.
3 rounds done and they provided good feedback after the all interviews. First round was Discussion round, second one technical and last one was technical also and at last they provided clear feedback
Going good they offer 3lpa package i was not okay with that so I left that be prepare they ask some tough questions ready to quick answers as well as be honest with interview
