Asked a lot of very detailed and specific questions to the position. Interview scheduled for an hour took well over 90 minutes. All responses were given positive feedback. Less than a day after the interview they informed me they went with another candidate. I asked where I needed to improve - told me the other candidate had more specific experience to the role which is funny because it was a very specific project type to which I had many years experience.
