These clowns must buy some kind of list and then they lie and say they found your resume online via Career Builder. I did not have anything else to do so I thought it would be fun to do the phone interview. I was wrong.

They reached out to me to schedule an interview, I confirmed availability for the proposed time for the next day. They then text me 10 minutes before the interview confirming a different time. I text back for clarification, never heard back.

Interview
Initial HR phone screen, then zoom with hiring manager, finally zoom with peers. Some behavioral questions. Asked about building a consensus and standardization to improve scale operations. All remote so some questions about behaviors.
The overall interview process was quick and effective and the Recruiting team was very knowledge and available for questions during the process. Even during virtual experiences it was very smooth.
