Interview
I met with the agency owner who was very kind and well educated about his business. He went over a series of questions with me. They were not hard questions to answer and I was very excited about the possibility of getting that job. He was very down to earth and laid back. I did not feel uncomfortable or intimidated in anyway. He made the interview interesting and fun.

Interview
It was an energetic Power Point Presentation with way too much information and a lot of fluff. They tell you at the end that they WILL get back to you no matter what (and they didn't), and they told me I would have to use my own laptop, pay for the various certifications out of pocket, but I can make six figures... Not a very secure position, in my opinion. I think they didn't get back to me, because I told them I am currently the bread winner with a toddler in an expensive daycare, and I am looking to make MORE money... They are mostly commission, which is very risky - feast or famine. I cannot risk taking a pay cut.
