Okay, so this place is a scam. I've learned that if a company is trying to sell themselves to you instead of the other way around it's an automatic no go. The job listing that I responded to was for a supervisor position, when I showed up to the "first of three" job interviews I went back into a room, guy barely skimmed over my resume, and then asked me one question: "what are you looking for in a job". I answered and he said "that's the best answer to that question that I've ever heard". I was so taken back and excited. He didn't ask me any more questions and said "I think my boss would kill me if I didn't move you to the second round". He asked if I had time to do the second round that day and said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately I didn't have that much time because I had to make it to my other job in Cedar Bluff. He said it would be no problem and they would get me in next week. He walked me out and shook my hand and said "great interview, I look forward to working with you". I was THRILLED to say the least. They called me to schedule my "second" interview for a week later. I went into the "second interview" and while I was waiting in the waiting room there were about 10 other people waiting for their first interview. I watched all of them move from their "first interview" to a conference room together. They all went to the "second interview". When I finally got into the conference room it was a presentation. They were trying to sell us on becoming an insurance agent which is not at all what the job posting said. I just graduated with my bachelors, and the guy sitting next to me didn't even have his associates. For the whole 45 minutes Shari Grooms, one of the supervisors, was trying to sell us the "job" it's just selling insurance. And you have to pay $100 for the insurance license exam and study materials. This is not at all what the job posting said. I was wasting my time. There is no risk for them to sign people on as employees, because the job is 100% commission based and if you don't have family or other income to fall back on you're screwed. NEVER WORK HERE!

Group like, put you into rooms where they just give you an overview and I believe offer the positions to mostly everyone. I do not recommend to younger professionals looking to start their careers
