Interview
I received a random call from LNL about how they were interested in my resume....which was weird because when I got there and was interviewed, the owner was not interested AT ALL. He looked as if he didn't know why I was there. I was so confused because I'm a bright bubbly person with no prior insurance experience which was the type of people they were looking for according to their website. However, after he finished asking me questions and cutting me off, not letting me get two words out, He scribbled a big C+ at the bottom of my resume and said "Yeah there's nothing on here that jumps out at me. But it's a process so sit in there and learn about our agency." I realized that my resume was just another number. They wasted my time and my gas to achieve a resume goal. They were literally ONLY interested in keeping my resume not me. However the job is entirely commission based and had a lot of flashy incentives in the presentation.
