There were about 15 candidates at the interview. The interview itself was pretty short. They just asked you to talk about your resume a little and why you were qualified for the position. Then, if the hiring manager liked you, you were asked to stick around for a presentation. This presentation took about 45 minutes. That's when I found out the position was actually a life insurance salesperson, which I definitely did not want to do. There was a short questionnaire at the end and if they liked your responses, you got a call later that day to set up a second interview. At first I accepted the second interview, but then when I found out I would have to pay for a class and then a test to get the job, I called back and told them I was no longer interested.
