I walked in and thought great a pyramid scheme. I interviewed with one person first, and then was taken to another room to join the rest of the people interviewing for the 2nd round. I waited and filled out the personality test packet that they gave me. The speaker finally came in gave us his spiel. I was convinced that I wanted to do this until reading the other reviews on Glassdoor saying that they don't offer a health benefits package to their employers.
