There is a three step interview process to ensure a candidate is making an informed and educated decision to complete the hiring process and join there organization. The complaints I'm seeing on glassdoor and indeed are due to potential candidates not doing research on the organization or industry before there 1st interview and not paying attention in the 2nd and 3rd interview where they lay all the information out in front of you. There is no pay to join this organization, however you are required by your state to obtain a professional license in which the organization provides a walkthrough to obtain.
