There is what amounts to a "mob interview". They ask you to bring a copy of your resume to the interview because they have not actually looked at it. They will take anyone who will come aboard. This is because they only hire people as independent contractors, so they have very little at risk, and it costs essentially nothing to have an "employee" leave.
