I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Globe Life Liberty National Division (Knoxville, TN) in Dec 2015
Interview
Cattle call process. If you are breathing with no prior arrests, they will hire you. That and they want people who have not job hopped as they are more dedicated and willing to stick it out. They will find your resume and say how impressed the boss was with it. Total BS.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was no interview process per say. They will have all of the potential victims come in at 9:45 on a Thursday, then call them in one at a time. If you look like potential you go into a second room so the rah rah how much you can make presentation is made. Then if you say, interested, the AO will say when she will call you later today but not all you will make it and you have to come back for a final interview. They make a big deal out of it so psychologically you feel important to be selected.
